pulp them and mix them with sodium hydroxide, strain out the liquid and add hydrochloric acid to it. A layer of oil will form. If it smells like the right stuff it's good. Try to use chemicals of the same molarity to save calculations and just use equal volumes of each.

i tried boiling the leaves, then letting the steam go up into tube, and i held a cold sponge halfway along the pipe, thinking oil would come out the end, but i,m obviously doing it the wrong way, cause it smelt like a cross between vodka and lavender, got any better ideas?its very frustratingfrustrated

i actually thought they press them/pulp them then mix with alcohol, as it disolves the oil, then strain it and heat it to evaporate the alcohol leaving the oil. dunno

if that fail, then drink the alcohol thumbs up
