melty1: Just one point I will raise. If men have share custody of children then they pay less child maintenance. If they dont bother with their kids. Then they should pay the lot. After all it takes two to tango. Children need fathers its not always about the money.

steven6611: There is only one funny thing I have heard about what you are mentioning Blonde & that is all the fathers who havent been paying child support, a lot got caught because they had to lodge tax forms to receive the $900.00 stimulus payments, so their greed to get more moeny was their eventual down fall. But they did say it was a drop in the ocean & it is something like 965 million dollars owed in child support payments that hasnt been paid.

the child support system is a friggen waste of space and an totally unfair system for everybody.. but most of all the working and/or non custodial parent
