it has been said that everything that happens to us has been determined by the universe, then it is said that by some fluke chemicals formed ie atoms gasses and wolah here we are, then that would mean shit happens and all for nothing, what do you think?professor

Good topic John,

I think that it all just happens, I honestly dont believe in some great predestined path/plan. I think we just stumble through life, and those of us who dont live in a vacuum learn from our experiences, making our lives and abilities to cope better. Those of us who dont learn?? well we just keep stumbling and feeling bitter and disappointed at what life throws at us.

So I guess I dont think its all for nothing, I just think its a personal learning curve, not some great universal karmic/God planned existence.

no i disagree it's about feeling and currently for me god is man made not the real one which is energy hence everything ie atoms neurons gasses as we are 70% water

I think we come back each life time with an idea of numerous lessons we want to learn but we have many paths we can take to learn those lessons and we dont necessarlily have to learn them all in each lifetime

we always have free will ... each choice or direction we choose will teach us some of the things we want to learn

I put things out to the universe all the time and I get it most of the time.. when I dont I soon realise its because what I asked for isnt part of my destiny or isnt meant to be just yet

I believe everything happens for a reason and there is an element of fate or destiny to it .. but again.. free will comes into it

karma comes into it as well.. with cords or karmic energy coming through from one lifetime to another... hence why we can meet someone and have an instant connection with them or an instant dislike or why we keep making the same mistakes -- we are not learning the lessons we are meant to and until we do we keep doing it

I could go on but its way to hard to explain things via this mode of communication.. I have lots of theories and thoughts on this
