With Ansett having gone down the drain, and Australian I gather as well, whats the cheapest airline to get around Oz, now? confused

Jetstar or maybe Virgin but then there's lots of little regional airlines as well.

Cheapest would be Tiger airways or Jetstar..both risky as they are budget and will cancel flights at last minute and have very strict check in rules.

I would go for Virgin Blue or QANTAS!! cheers

On Qantas home page I can only make out flights from and to Europe. I'd prefer them over any, cos of the FFPoints peace australia

Catch the red eye with any of them, but cheapest is prolly Jetstar or Tiger airlines. BYO seat though.rolling on the floor laughing

Try and go Singapore Airlines. They are affiliated with Qantas, same as Air France and Malaysian.

I would fly Singapore A's any day, and Singapore airport is the best of all I have been to, hands down.

When do you come to Oz?
