do people actually not listen to you when you say your name or do not read it properly when its written down.

when i was opening my store, i had to deal with lawyers. they had to redo the lease 5 times because the person typing it up kept typing my name wrong throughout the whole document.
when i went to pay the lawyers bills, they even spent my name wrong on the recipt, when i clearly spelt it out for her...TWICE.
