Hey Bubsy i like creative writing as long as i have free licence. Believe me it will be fictional to the max. I hate being restricted by reality and reality rules.

I have a computer game like that. If its an essential character to story he can only become unconscious no matter how bad you play.

As a creative writer i shall invent a plausible (To Me) way for her to cross safely.

ways someone can get across a road only looking 1 way

..fly, super jump, school crossing, one way roads
..have someone look the other way for her..
..pretend to be blind and have someone walk her across
..use her ears to listen to traffic
..through someone else on the road..that way she knows that the cars have stoped...
do i need to keep going? lol

Yep.

She bends over and causes a traffic accident

She flashes her leg causing traffic to halt

She daintily drops Hankerchief. (What gentleman wouldn't stop and pick it up for her)

She is enchanted that nothing bad can ever happen to her unless it is time for prince Charming to appear on scene. (Read a book along that line. It sounds crap. Probably was, But it was whimsical and just slightly twisted the mundane in this genre of writing)

She sneezes and the force of the expenditure of air sends her over.

She wears a ring that has magical abilities depending on what the author wants it to do.

She has a mirror that she uses to see whats coming. (Very Practical i am to)

Has the ability to talk to animals. And they help her. (Thanks Walt disney)

She doesn't need to cross the road she just needs to follow it to where she's going.

My excuse is I read too much Science Fantasy. And not enough Solid intellectual Reading like Wilbur Smith, Bryce Courtney & others of similar ilke.

I read zip Shakespeare, and prefer to stay well away from factual research or factual reading for fun.

biographies are generally a drag. I've read a couple, still looking for a copy of the Mick Foley Biography (WWE Wrestler)

If I read these I wouldn't be on Faries, princess's, Dragons and such.
