Go on a reality show for dating? I am watching 'the farmer wants a wife' and thought there is no way I would go on something like that laugh I am far too shy!

Would you go on tv in pursuit of a husband/wife?

Btw, we have a local boy in this series as we did last series too.. woohoo go my town! wink

not my thing

I have to hand it to them they are pretty adventurous for doing it.

Some of the things they do on dates are pretty exciting though.

jaw drop

That would be the only reason I would do it! To experience those dates lol... I still wouldn't do it though.

I think the contestants must be so thick-skinned to go on shows like these to compete for a date. The emotional trauma is eveident for the losers.

Why do it when you can do your own thing in the comfort of your own room - with your computer and man (men)??

And if it tickles your fancy, video your own episode for record keeping. LOL. Make sure you asks for permission if you do.handshake

Nah I wouldnt do it. I think it would create too much pressure & considering there is a time frame for the show, would you ever know for sure???

Add to the fact im shy as well lol

Those shows are all about artificial situations and artificial people. I suppose if an artificial person was programmed to find love with another artificial person, it might work. But "we" aren't artificial people (I'm not, anyway, dunno about you), and, so, to answer your question, no, I'd never go onto a reality show specifically looking for love. Money, maybe, but not love. It would never work for me, anyway.

No me neither all to fake for this black duck. as you say good holiday though. Maybe a gold coast meter maid as the single would be an even better holiday than the bush.

No I wouldn't be game enough

It takes the fun, excitment and spontaneous out of the dating when its open to the world of tv to watch............ na

Nup never would. Not into any of the reality shows...how could anyone be natural with cameras on them 24/7. My two girls loved BB...was about the only time they weren't fighting when they were watching it. Was my time to have some peace and quiet!! rolling on the floor laughing
