I have suffered depression in the past. But not as severly as to say Bipolar not a nice thing to go through.

No I have a lot off prolems but thankfully not the one you mentioned you have my heartfull sym and feal for those who have same. There is help as you well know and with meds anyone can overcome same . I wish anyone with same my deepest respect.wave

It is manageable, with medications. Relapses can occur weeks or months after ceasing medications, so don't trust how you feel. Keep your life as stable as you possibly can, by that I mean e.g don't complicate BPD with alcohol abuse or recreational drug use, sleep at regular times, eat healthily and exercise regularly.
