Ok Bit of an Update & I want your advise on this guys...
The man that stood me up sat ..well he just called!!
Now he said his father in Newcastle had a massive heart attack at 2 am sat, he says he had to fly up there early hrs & has been with him eva since , he says he didnt call because he was so preoccupied with everything trying to rearrange work commitments & contact reletives etc, that he is really sorry he didnt call me ,says he still wants to meet me , says he just had to much going on & feels terrible he didnt call but he could think of nothing else but what was going on ...

Hi Kizzy I understand how you feel as have been there too.
Cold feet is one thing but a cold heart is just cruel, anyway it's
his loss and you deserve better.

Just one thought, he may have misrepresented himself and perhaps he was scared that he would be found out which usually happens sooner or later. So he just bolted sooner and saved you the trouble.
