I only have a few programs running on my server PC
at the current time

Firefox (web Surfing_
DC++ (File sharing tool)
Perfect Disk (Defrag tool)
Miranda IM (Instant Messager that works with Yahoo , MSN and ICQ)
Statbar (information tool)
and Speedfan - Checks/monitors heat of hdds/cpu , speed of fans I have 29 process's running .

Standard Windows (Not Nlited) can get bloated up with commercial free software and trail ware . Once a year its good to backup all the data and do a CLEAN RE-INSTALL of Windows , also gives you a chance to BACKUP once a year also .

If its still slow May I suggest getting a copy of Hijackthis

ok.. I wanna increase my RAM.. at the moment I have 512mb.. and I want to increase by at least 1gb.. anyway.. I can buy some on this site i know of.. but.. Im not sure if the one they have will fit my computer..
