I know several people that it has happened to and after they finally met are still together . I also know several that have gone through the in love but haven't met yet thing and when they meet it fizzles . Depends on the people but I think that it it is meant to be then it will endure and thrive. If not then it's just another page in the scrap book of life.

Well it ain't happened to me but i don't believe it is possible to fall in love with someone you never met face to face. I do believe you can fall in love with the person that they are portraying to you, the person you might want them to be or think them to be, the person that is online or on the phone maybe be similar to the one you have conjured up in your psyche , but certainly not the same person as when your standing face to face with them, exploring and interacting and feeling...love is not something that grows through emails or phone conversations. It is something that requires touch and passion in one another's eyes..

You can build a good rapport with someone through chatting, emails and phone calls and have an idea where you would like it to go. And you may look forward to chatting with this person and reading their mail etc.
But I feel falling in love can happen when you meet in person and you learn alot more about each other and experience all the wonderful things that make you fall in love with that person. :-)

love is a very powerful thing to have, it takes a lot of time to really love somebody.
