Yes, and getting back to the topic - was contacted by a guy on another site - seeemed really nice , some chat, some emails and now all of a sudden it's - so how big are you? and other questions about appearance - I am feeling a bit pi**ed of - I am always honest on my profile and if he did not want someone a bit overweight - why contact me in the 1st place?

I don't really get pissed at anyone unless they are dishonest. We all have our likes and dislikes when it comes to the opposite sex and I would rather sort it out sooner rather than get attached to someone and find out later. Not all people are honest on their profile anyway so I wouldn't be offended if anyone wanted anything clarified.

I think you were halfway there with the fact that there are to many choices. But also there seems to be the same ppl on similar sites. That just leads me to believe that ppl cant settle for one choice and commit when there is grass growing on the other side of another possible fence. We are all players at heart because we cannot decide that this one is the one, when the reply hasnt come in from the person we IM'ed the other day.

All in all, I believe that we dont want to be hurt, looking for the perfect person where we wont get hurt.

Just my opinion.

Then there are those of us that tend to settle for second or third choice because we are to shy or scared to approach the person we really want.I for one can tell you I often see the girl I like slip away because of my fear of rejection and my lack of confidence (due to a childhood incident).While on here it can to a certain degree be anonymous and the fear is subdued because of that.

hey peaceful, I see what your saying I too am on several different dating sites I suppose tho its in the ho[e of giving me more oppertunity to meet a wider range of men.However If i meet someone with whom ide like to be serious than i will remove my profiles from all but this site , this one im here for the forums .
I dont believe that anyones perfect but ide like to find someone who makes me laugh that makes me hot , that makes me flutter.
If i get hurt well thats a risk we all have to be prepared to take ...thats life isnt it ?
