Am in the process of getting fit enough to go in a 5km 'fun run' in a few weeks......
Have been running up and down my driveway (I don't live in suburbia!) and can do about four laps before I feel like dying!!!!
Only problem is that the children want to accompany me.... so I end up piggy backing miss three, or master five..... don't mind too much - run very slow then......
Just can only walk when my eleven year old is on my back....
Kids - they can be so encourageing!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I was sore the first few times..... but now miss it if I don't get time to go......
working up to five laps tonight...
