Just asking as I have the wireless set up on a PC but I use laptop which is the same and if I turn the PC on, it kicks me off the net on the laptop. Hello_you: Rain can effect connection in two ways, 1, you have a wireless (satelight or similar connnection that hooks up to dish or antena on your roof) this can be affected by rain as it's not clear enough to get a good signal from the sending station. 2, if it's a hard wire connection (like over your phoneline) there can be moisture in the cable that creats problems - usualy you phone line will be crackly too..

phaedellis: Hello youuuu, sorry couldnt help that one no as i said before it's just a completely wireless USB tiny little sucker? you just plug it into your USB port on the putey and sign in, so it is not connected to a wall, or anything for that matter......just a tiny little plug in thats all it is, so cant see how all the rain can affect it strange tho

Hello_you: Must be a cellular connection then if it don't talk to other equipment in your house like a ADSL router or something. In which case it's reliant on cellular coverage. No not greatly effected by rain. How is cellular coverage at your place?
