What do you think of the new site and the new features? I am still exploring it and getting to know what is there but it is going to take awhile!! ..so I thought a thread where we can share with everyone the new features, how to use them, comments and feedback about the site features, etc would be helpful to help speed up the process of what is available etc

I have discovered the video thread section.. where you can post youtube videos in CS so people can view them here rather than trying to find them on youtube.. pretty cool

anyway.. I posted one today called ..'Untouched - Yr12 media assignment'- it stars my youngest son who was helping out a mate for his Year 12 media assignment this year

Untouched by The Veronicas is the song used for the video clip

I have also posted another one of my oldest son when he was in a band a few years ago when they played at the year 12 graduation ceremony ..

The name of the youtube video is Sweet Ransom (which was the name of the band) and the song is an original one they wrote .. sorry but it is slightly out of sync for some reason

I like the search with the distance from me option. It bugged me that it didn't have that before. Of course its just shown how few CS members live in my region, but I did find one that I didn't know about. A bit young, but lives in my town, so its better than nothing.

I came into the new and improved (what was wrong with the old one?) site today and thought....OMG, I'm into one of those....y'know....pay thingy sites!!! But I wasn't, so here I am.

Hi I just watched your handsome sons you should be so proud of them and of course you are.Do they both live at home with you still??
I tried to down load a very funny song called ( Combine Harvester 'by the worzels)its on U TUBE but I stuffed it up as usuel The guys that sing it are so good.

On the negative side - Screen locks up a lot and shuts doen(anyone else?), The forum that used to be caled aussie/nz is now just called Aussie ....

On the plus side it loos nice and the girls are in pink and boys in blue. Let you know if I find anything else.
