Today is a great day in Madrid...banana ...and so im so glad that its not that cold anymore in here and so i can go back to my normal routine which is running for 2 hours non-stop outside around the park..cheering dancing

I miss that too, running outside. Its too cold and snowing, i would rather stay inside and warm.

I just got back from running for almost 2 hours....So im now at home and trying to relax after running as its too tiring though....LOL...doh ...But it makes you feel good and so thats fine with me.....LOL...cheering ...applause ...Im happy anyway...yay

It wont make you feel dizzy at all most especially if you are used to do it and enjoy it at the same time...cheering ...banana ...

i dont do things that i dont enjoy most especially if it is running....scold .....But since i enjoy doing it and am happy with it and so i will keep doing it as its good for your health anyway.....cheering... yay

Hahaha ... plenty people run for 8 to 12 hours! If you fit enough, keep in training, it`s a wonderful feeling....... And some parks are bigger than a kiddies playground!

Well great! Lucky you .... we got SO much snow it`s getting impossible to walk outside!

And now CH has a shortage of salt for the roads and pavements ..... so going out is getting a bit dangerous too!

But the kiddies and young people are having a great time sledding and sliding on the flattened "ice" snow!

They plow the Snow,and use the Salt on the Mainroads,and just plow on the less important Roads.
Haven't been out myself yet,but what I am able to make out there is about 10 cm on some places.Just a real nuisance.Got some errands to run,and see my Doctor tomorrow.Gonna be some fun,fun,fun!

yes i guess you are right,....thumbs up .....im lucky enough to be in a place where there is no heavy snow otherwise i cant run at all outside instead sliding, sledding or skiing are the only things i can do....lol....doh .....even though those are fun but i still prefer to work out and get sweat while running....applause ....yay ....

My day today was fine and i wasnt late this afternoon for our church service....yehey....banana ...

and the weather over here is warm today but a little windy....doh ....but nice enough to walk around and enjoy the scenery of any park....dancing ....

yeah i guess in your place is always snowy day and like you said, it just doesnt stop snowing....

I watched the DAVOS 2010 which was held in Switzerland this year and on TV, your place has a very thick snow indeed....wow ....but then on the other hand, people there in your place are used to it that it seems very normal day for them in their daily life.....confused ....its indeed amazing......peace
