If you, Gitte, are a woman.... then your heart is hurting because that is where women feel emotional pain. Maybe men also get sore hearts, I dont know, but a very very wise young women I once knew explained this to me, when I had great emotional pain, and actually felt it in my heart. Without her advice I would probably rushed off to see a medical doctor, and he would most probably have advised some extensive surgery for which I would have had to bond my house to him, and deprived my children of an inheritance, and still be taking medication that would upset the delicate balance of chemicals in my body so I would be a bent old lady by this time of my life with swollen legs and other horific ailments.
So it was with great relief that I heard this wise prognosis, and found that TIME heals the hurts, they lessen and become vague, and instead of dominating your life, you have to sit and recall them, and instead of experiencing that pain, you can just observe it, and remember it. And try and learn something from what caused that pain. That is the experience of life... to learn from our mistakes that cause pain.

Tea or coffee .. ? How are your hormones ? In women , often a slight imbalance could cause an exaggerated symptom

Gitte,

you should go and either have a facial or a massage. Thats what I do regularly, have a massage once a week, when I am "between relationsships".

All our senses need food or stimulation. If you constantly look at a concrete wall, you yearn for flowers or nature. Same applied to noises or quieteness. Listening to music lifts our spirits.

Humans need physical touch just as much.

sticking out tongue Ah Wedward, you love to hate me huh? And I`m sure I would hate you to love me..... But you know what? I already am a Witch... thats one of the reasons one of my husbands divorced me! He just could not handle the feathers I wore, or the feathers hanging on the farm gate, or the feathers on my talking-stick, or the mirrors to deflect the negative energy, or the conversations me and all the dogs and chickens would have, not to mention visitations from the vervet monkey population who brought their pellet-gun wounded relatives to die slowly hanging in the branches of the high trees on the farm, or their orphans after their mothers had been killed by people who refused to share the fruit on their trees, and the mixtures I concocted that cured things that doctors would amputate. So my friend, be assured of this... I am fully qualified to fly my broom. Its the angel thing that scares me... never ever try and hang that one on me.... I just go thru this life as best as I can, I make horific mistakes, sometimes I do things that only in hindsight can see how selfish I was, sometimes its too late to make amends even, and I console myself with the thought that "Only God is Perfect".... I have done some, what I think, are good things. Sometimes they turn around and bite me in the butt. And sometimes they were the right things. And you know what else? We can all never get into any trouble at all.... if we did nothing.cool

Ah now we have a different question... The Soul is feeling bad. How you know its your soul? Now you need the Shaman, the man or woman who deals with Souls. The bad news is that they mostly are all dead now, now you got to go to the Priest, the guy who got rid of the Shaman, cause Priest thought he knew better about Souls than the Shaman. And here you have to probably first "join" that Priests club, pay your dues, which is about ten percent of what you earn, and he will then quote passages out the Bible to you, that are supposed to make sense to you, and you supposed to then go away feeling like everything is cured. The Shaman used to be better at this ... he at least made a lot of noise, shook things, made puffs of smoke come out the fire, rattled things, and then spoke in riddles, so you could interpret how you liked, and your sub-conscience, that part of you that actually knows what is the problem and its solution, would then inform the conscious part of you and all would be well.
But, lacking a local friendly Shaman, as the Holder of All Knowledge in this part of the World, I may be able to give you some simple humble advice here. Simply take off all yours clothes, at the time of the Full Moon, and go stand on the grass outside, gaze at the moon, and think deeply. If its too cold, wrap a blanket around yourself, and continue to think. Eventually you will receive the answer.... and then go to sleep (in your bed of course, not outside)and sleep like the wind blowing, and the next morning you will feel one hundred percent better.dancing dancing dancing
