i see myself in this 2 sentences.
About the second one, even aware of it, it is difficult to use other`s perspective, it is unique.
enjoy and let go, don't try to capture anything..

Things can't be that bad, chin up, everyone goes through times, just because you're having a bad day doesn't mean it's a bad life
Keep calm and do the best I can not to punch stupid people in the face. Use sarcasm to deal with idiots, because beating the crap out of them is frowned upon by society.

at this point of time (and tbh I struggle with them sometimes :( )
There are many ways you can express yourself,
and all other things being equal, the kindest way is usually the best.
Communication is most important exactly when it is hardest to do.
It is simple and most hardest thing to get right.
Always communicate with care, kindness and compassion for feelings of others.
It can make or break things.
Even with best efforts, intention, things can and will go wrong.
That's life and nothing can change it. Make peace with that.
