The site is called "Connecting singles", hence, it's expected that the majority of the users are single. Widows / widowers are deemed to be overrepresented here, comparing to any given group of people in the total population.
On the other hand, scammers often impose as widowers. If it looks fishy - it's fishy.

So all you have to do is enjoy the blog and laugh if they make you laugh until a real person passes by.You are here for one reason and you are aware that there are scammers, keep you cool and follow the conversation, don't give your phone number, your email address and of course your bank account number. Keep it here until you meet the person physically in a very public place and see for yourself if this is a human face or the other one, you know what I mean.

I really don't always come to site since I put myself in it, because this site is only to make me laugh for some minutes. So in all your life you've only heard about scamming in Nigeria? Well, me, I have heard about big time scammers while living in New York and the Netherlands. In fact, a politician asked someone if he wants their country to be like the Netherlands, a country with number one criminal record? There are bad and good people everywhere and I think those who concentrate on scammers are so in secure and not able to keep their mind positive in everything.

many of the ones that say the wife died are not telling the truth. Be careful. There are many scammers out there . I already found a few here on this side and reported a few.
