How are you?
I am a new MSc student at DTU
I want to have a Danish friend and I heard that it is so difficult to find one.
Is that right?

Hello Arashdtu
Yes it is right in some ways - the political climate - the way we treat foreighners have changed tremendously the last years.
The never ending immigration discusion here - where we all the time focus on the bad things - is poisen for close relationships - unless you partissipate - where people meet - and just try to do things - like they think - they want you to behave.
The best way is to join maybe a sportsclub if you are into that. Or a club - where you have something in common.
Denmark is a paradise - for somebody - wanting to join a community - because there are so many. Denmark is the country with the mosts communities in the world.
Surely you could find one - where you can share interests... Please take a look at the internet - and search. But if you want to meet the Danes and really want to know them, please don't join something - where just a few sophisticated Danes are, in a group of immigrants - that is the most common failure many people do, when they come here, especially if they want to stay...
Maybe the first one - is not your cup of tea - but there must be something..
Please take this advice seriusly - and you'll have a very good chance..
