As Smoky says, reading and writing and a good education for women was the end for mosts mens grossly over exagerated superior attitude

but its really quite simple:

I bet you all agree on the postulation that for someone to be given the right to vote he would have to be of a certain sane mentality. I do not think that there is a single democratic constitution that allows for insane people to vote...

Now, i am not by any means saying that women are insane... On the contrary, they make much more sense than us men for the better part of the month. But there are those days of the month that each woman has (at least until menopause) which really do border insanity. Its during those days that statistics have shown that most family related crimes have occured, those days of the month that everything seems to be wrong and out of place.

So all i am saying is that since there is no way of alligning those days for all women so we can get a comonly acceptable date for housing the election procces, we are always going to get a 10% of women voting while in a state of temporary insanity...
