So now we got to the part where the Maltese Gang are in Zurich - Jacko the Jackal and his side-kick Angelface Angie (who has recovered consciousness but is still handcuffed to Jacko so they dont lose each other in the crowds, Cerscic still wearing her Spy outfit covered by her Scarlet ankle length coat and Dolly Parton wig, the notorious Ebony Sisters Lusciouslips and Crafty Cristina who stake out and report the comings and goings of patrons at Starbucks Coffee Shops reporting to the Wizard Cuspomagic who is intent on acquiring the jewels stolen by the Despot Don Conrad so that he can set up a Wildlife Sanctuary in Australia to save the African Elephants from being culled. Meanwhile, Queen Smoky has temporarily given up the chase because her bicycle got a flat tyre and she ran out of tobacco and is battling to find a Kiosk that keeps her brand of rolling papers, and has taken time out to take a cruise around the Zurich lake and eat the Black Forest Cake she lifted from the table when all the Superspies ran outside.... mentioned a few chapters back.

Manolito, who stole her Ferrari, dumped his moll Mary (who is this Mary?) and picked up some other chick with his new "Babe catcher car" seems to have forgotten his mission and is too busy impressing this new female by speeding along the German autobahns where there is no speed limit to limit him.

Meanwhile, the Pimple of Gozo is reconoitering all the camping grounds of Spain, in search of Don Conrad, as he has inside information, relayed to him by MataHariMarti who knows these sorts of things somehow, that the Don has escaped from Zurich with the jewels.

The Pimple, who has developed a hunch back, is semi paralysed, drools all the time, and seems to have developed a speed impediment, from using a mysterious oil left in his medicine chest by Evil Queen Smoky who had purchased it from the White Witch of Germany Ulimaroa who specialises in these concoctions, seems to have created a national emergency that the newspaper headlines are screaming out "IS EVIL LURKING IN THE DARK?" as tourists are packing up and vacating their camp sites in a mass exodus after siting what can only be described as a "Macabre Creature of the Night" that prowls camp sites and peers into tents.

Will he find what he is seeking?.... the Despot Don Conrad whose pockets and rucksack are crammed with priceless jewels? ... And is being seeked by members of the international community!

Zer Grand Pimple of Gozo walked along what seemed liken a neverenderink beach filled with luscious mamacitas and some strange men taking their doggies for walkies; eventually he could stand his hunchbackiness no more and took a track away from the beach where he found a nice bar with a nice barman/barowner who had a very nice looking wife/barmaid/disherouteroffenthetrinkers who smiled and wobbled her nice bits ´beautifully´.

Refreshed and exhilerated, the Grand Pimple thought of all the uzzer pimples he had met in the CS gangen back in Malta and how nice they were and how he missed them.

He sniffed, and getrunken anuzzer beer und then it came to him that the vile Herr Conrod had maybe sneaked his treasure map into the luggage of the Queen Smoky (yes, the one with the dangling cheroot and the nose gently drippink onto her ham sandwitchies) and he thought again unto hisselfen.....

"Maybe the treasuren mappen ist in zer tower (that which mataharaimarti had called ´the washroomen on the roofen´)"

and he decided that he would gerfooglen hisself backen to Malta soonen and findeth outten if dis vas true!

Yes, tis true! Mata Hari Marti has snucked into the Tower of the Pimple of Gozo whilst he was terrorising the tourists of Spain - and stolen the treasure map from his Tower of Bedlam! Speeding back to Malta, the Mata Hari Spy Marti faxed the treasure details to the Wizard of Magic Cuspo in Australia, who was awaiting news of this .... he had already employed the Wily Lagoona to hire a ship of sufficient size in which to stow all the African Elephants he was intent on rescuing.... but Lagoona had gone AWOL, and so next in line was The Kid - who called himself KidAtHeart, the intrepid traveller of Siberian wastelands, who moved at incredible speed when called upon for rescue work of any kind. Together with the cat burglar Kitty2 (what happened to Kitty 1? - better not to ask) they had hi-jacked an oil tanker of sufficient size and were on their way to Mozambique, with the Ebony Sisters Luschiouslips and Crafty Cristina. They needed as many helpers as possible to herd the herds of Elephants to the ship. To lead this herd of Elephants was the only Maltese Horse Rider ..... Lionheart - aptly named - to lead the herds thru Lion country...........
