The chances have just up for it now that Kosovo is independent, and I can well understand Spain's refusal to recognize it as with other countries in Europe. Strategically, it puts a new country sympathetic if not pro-Muslim enclave almost into the heart of Europe. This in turn will only agitate Russians further as Kosovo may become a haven for radical Muslim extremists from Chetznia and Georgia, long a training ground for armed Muslim radicals against Russia. Arms sales are skyrocketing within the last month. If Kosovo does become a haven, then Serbia and/or Russia will have to step in militarily...
As for the rest of our planet, it is only a matter of time before the current so called "war on terror" (read the spreading of terror) will not only spread further but will escalate. The forces that control this world are competing for the subjugation and total rule of our planet and all its resources and forms of wealth. It is as was the wars in southern Africa many years ago between the mining interests; the companies that vied for total control of the gold and diamond industries, only now it is the entire planet. Time is running out for fossil fuels and absolute, total control with all attending installed puppet regimes by this power mad lunatic fringe that styles itself "The New Order" will stop at nothing, including atomic war to obtain its goals of planet domination and the basically enslavement of its population. The gloves are off and the mailed fist is beginning to smash those countries that defy "liberation" be it diplomatically, by invasion or by blackmail... is Spain going to give up on its North African interests or allow the Basques to declare independence, as other regions are beginning to be subverted into the same frame of mind...?
