What makes you angry?? And why??
people who don't consider other people's feelings, mainly. i was raised in a large family and was taught it was wrong to be selfish. for example, people who push in in a queue really annoy me. they are putting themselves first and saying nobody else is important. unf, pushing happens more and more now though.
Where do your deepest feelings of anger come from???
i'm not sure i understand the question. do you mean like from what part of my body? sometimes the feeling just comes from my head and other times from the pit of my stomach, depending on the amount of anger and my hopelessness at 'correcting' the issue making me angry.
How do you cope with your anger??
ideally, i try to laugh and help the person see that although i'm laughing it isn't really funny and the situation / behaviour needs addressing. if that doesn't work, i'll confront calmly or not so calmly, again depending.

as an earlier poster has said, anger is often a prerequisite to getting off my butt and doing something about an incorrect situation. this is true throughout history too. for example, william wilberforce's anger at the slave traders is famous.
