do you enjoy a drink of beer or wine or maybe a drop of whisky doctors seem to agree that like an apple a day a drink a day is good for you, but when does drink become a demon that can ruin lifes and destroy relationships.

drink is fine,

wine, spirits, beer, whatever takes your fancy as long as it's not an everyday and all the time type of thing.

it's ok to have wine with your meals or when one goes out. what's not ok is to drink a lot on your own for example, or to drink a lot everytime one goes out and come back totally rat arsed.



I suppose, this is like drugs, if you HAVE to have a drink, drug all the time, then you have a problem.

I do have a glass of wine or a beer every now and again, usually it's at home with a meal and sometimes (very rarely) in the evening.

I don't usally drink socially as I am driving. and you knwo the rule,

don't drink and drive.

that is just great mine have to be full of spanish sunshine ive tasted wine from all over the world but i always go back to rioja
