I left all the scary stuff behind in SA. Now the only thing that makes me break out into a sweat is working in the garden in spring/summertime!

Breaks the ice and brings you back stronger than before thumbs up

I had fears of this the first times I held seminars, but I somehow found out that if I focused on my own mistake and made it "ok" to start laughing, the tension was gone - even if I blushed red as the best Rioja.

Job interviews......does it every time!! sweaty palms....which are pants when you get a typing test or test on a pc for a job......frustrated frustrated

I never figured out why, but whenever i go to work i just cant stop sweating and sweating... confused

idea Must have something to do with the 2 meter Giant oven there dunno
