no, seriously. i'm a chick pea munching veggie myself. this whole thread is just a ploy to meet some l'il italian girly who'll blow me - sorry, tell me - off for recommending french wine and english cheese.

---apologies I was trying to understand - why a person is living in or close to some of the great winemaking/cuisine regions of one of the most supposed cultured parts of the globe steeped in tradition and recommends wine from another of the former same ?
