When I tell you, as calmly and politely as I can, "I find your joke quite inappropriate" and you keeeeep using it, for me is the equivalent of (and not necessarily in that order):

1. either you have a sense of humour waaaay beyond my understanding or you have a problem with me, way beyond YOUR understanding;

2. you enjoy playing with fire, which means you're perfectly capable of taking a joke as well. So don't make analogies (three f***ing times)between me and that ridiculous Cherry-something-pie, unless you can still laugh when I say "You're the best thing that happened to men since the invention of the inflatables";

What's all this about?? Out of the blue!

It's over forty degrees celsius where I am but there is a mitigating cool breeze which is thankfully still blowing. I really do not understand why I am sitting at my desk; reading; writing emails occasionally when I could be out there. My whole area is green - now a summer's deep green with valleys, parks and lakes all around.

This has to signify something. I think, at the bottom of our souls, whether we be in the burning deserts or freezing mountains; starving or happy..we are happiest when we are in touch with human beings in whichever form - thoughts. directly or indirectly.

Having said that I will now launch myself out to have an icecream in the park. And I am babysitting a little dog who thinks that would be a very good idea too.

So long friends. Maybe back in the afternoon for a verbal clash or two!

As a matter of fact, I'm so stupid that, not even if I like a guy, I'm not initiating any private conversation and, if HE does, my replies are always decent and leave NO room for interpretation.

There actually is no word called 'inapposite' - rather it is an archaic word from the mid 1700s and no longer in use.

Actually, concerning your private mail, I have to deny all knowledge of what they contain ... I only go by what you say they contain, and I am laughing now because somehow or other you have imagined that I offered you some sort of advice on how to handle them?... again... It must have been done here on the forum, cause I have had no private dealings with you, in which case the Threads and Postings will be here somewhere to peruse and verify your case.
