almost always the supermarket, and no, no list, if I forget anything, I will do without it, or go back for it, simple as that. Sometimes to the kwiksave shop, they stock mainly English foods, so go there if I want something a little different. I spend more at the vets though, on dog food and treats.

I keep a shopping list in the kitchen and add to it as I remember things. And I stick to my list - its quicker to shop that way... and saves money and time dawdling over things I "could" use.

And then I reward myself afterwards and go for coffee and something to eat(and a smoke) in the little bistro outside. Then zoom home to make lunches.grin
