Went to see a couple of CS Members over here in Spain. First time I,ve met anybody from CS. Found two very articulate, intelligent, sensitive, artisic people whose gregariousness was equalled by their wonderful hospitality.
I am talking,of course, about Flor and Gongman. It was a longish trip, but one more than well worth the effort. Stayed overnight and ate and drank well and talked into the wee small hours.
Gongman is a musician of quite rare ability, he doesn,t just play instruments, he IS an instrument. Listening to his oral overtones was quite amazing. As for the gongs !!!!!!
Flor, what can I say ? We all know she is a great writer, but she is also a fine artist with equally fine human insight and a great sense of humour.
However,above all this what I found was two really great,decent human beings, both with a heart as big as a bucket.
Flor, Gongman, thankyou ever so much for everything. My young son and I are grateful for your kindness and your friendship. Hugs and kisses to you both.
