What's the big deal??...what part of "independence" don't you unnerstand?...Independence and the right to handle your own affairs to be free of obligation or a sense of debt, is a great luxury, and one of the brilliant advantages of modern life...by modern life, I also mean the modern woman's lifestyle, she who has her own job, her own living space, her own life...and enjoys the freedom that this gives her...part of this is paying her own way....why would you deny her that new-found freedom? Would you accept someone dictating what you pay/not pay for?...

Get real, behind her resistance to accept you paying for her, is the desire for freedom and self determination. All of us value that and want that....Today when a woman pays her share, her way, I see it as a plus, something worthy of respect. Women who don't need men to support them should be applauded, not challenged..

But, long, long time ago, when I was young and I confirmed myself in a numerous occasions as a straight, very, very much straight,:)))))) I find out that thinking about the nature of woman is waste of time, probably because we use only one half of our, personal brain and they are using both sides and also all capacities from their mothers, aunts and whole woman tribe.
So, woman logic goes with woman. Like storm with clouds or grasshoppers with grass. Accept this and see what can you do.
