Blokes don't got shopping..or is this one of these gossipy-girly threads. And blokes aren't allowed.

We are not as gifted as Guiri.He can knit his own socks. Not all of us are that talented.He can knit his own socks.And crochet a tea cozy..Some of us have to shop for clothes.

So I think it is very unfair to exclude men.

I do not feel excluded.

And as far as shopping goes, I said it before, the planning before the kill is all that counts, window shopping for hours, maybe days and lay out a plan for what to build the big purchase on.

Would it be the cool pants in the shop in the center, or perhaps fitting a pair of nice shoes in the mall?

Window shopping is what makes the difference.

To just go shopping without at least a red thread can become frustrating, all those options and not an idea for what I am looking for.

I don't understand the planning bit..Well I do.But I don't plan or follow 'Trends'. Maybe Parisianism is setting in.Fcuk. Dark suits(cover all occasions..Blue jeans and t shirt.

Geoff Goldblum in the film'The Fly' had the right idea..All his clothes where exactly the same...None of dilema in the morning.

I am not a big shopper.

But occasionally when I am in the city, something will catch my eye, and I will buy it.

I have many clothes, shoes too, but I have had many of thm for years and years.

I take care of them, when it says dry clean only, it means dry clean only and I always follw the care label.

I will spend more on blouses, but they last me for years and years.

Shoes are the same, I spend alot on shoes and have them cared for, I probably buy two pairs a year.

So I am not a shopper, because I cannot afford to be, I have also made alot of my clothes and certainly evening dresses, I have about 20, I have made myself, cheaper, and not much chance of anybody else rocking up in the same one.

I have my work suits hand made, I have not bought a new for around seven years now, I had them made when I was in the middle east and they cost me around £100 to make, including fabric.

I also love to rummage through charity shops and second hand dress agencies, there are many in the UK, where excellent clotjing can be bought at a fraction of the price.

tend to buy quality clothes might cost more but i think its cheaper in the long run... i go food shopping after a meal and always make a list

Men are focused shoppers...go in,find colour I like,find my size and buy.

Women are....well different.....go in,try every style in every colour and every size and go back out without buying a single thing.

See we got our brains wired different.Men are programmed to target something very specific, a dinasaur,a woman,a pair of trousers and then to the exclusion of all other distractions go get it.

Women want a bit of everything cause they can,t make their bloody minds up about what they really really want.That,s why women will flirt with all sorts of men without actually commiting to any,it,s in their nature see boys,dey was born dat way,all read the same bloody manual.Ergo,contrary to the mythological all too common belief that it,s always men who stray in a relationship(a myth propogated by women, of course as a subtefuge for their own adulterous activities....great trick,accuse him of what she is doing and a)keep him on his mettle whereby he wants to prove he,s not like other men (who really aren,t like that anyway)by being a goodboy and b)cause he,s too gullible to believe in anything other than female fidelity he,ll never suspect her of what she is up to.
