About me:: I am a single mom of a seven year old son. I have my own business, and for a long time my life revolved around work and home. Im now looking for fun, friendship, and maybe love. Our summers we spend camping, swimming, biking, and going for walks. Our winters revolve around the hockey rink most days. that's what it means to have a boy! I am a very soft hearted, romantic, honest, independent woman who's so scared of being hurt that I appear to hide in the safety of being alone. I love being loved, and I love to love. I can spend the rest of my life alone, but cannot spend one more minute being lonely. Music is big in my life, as it is one of the things that puts sanity back into my insanity. Im usually defined by my work, so I love to travel, and I kinda love to shop (tee hee hee, like what woman don't!).
I'm looking for:: My ideal match is elegant, humble, refined, independent, thoughtful, responsible, compassionate, spontaneous, reputable, graceful, polite, literate, entertaining, discreet, funny, upstanding, sensitive, fun, sophisticated, pleasant, selfless, reverent, and genuine! Honesty and faithfulness is rare, but most important to me. Life is short, and dishonesty just doesn't make sense to me. Tell the truth, be sincere, love everyone around you. If a friendship makes you unhappy, move on to those friendships that do. When you feel good about where your life stands, good things will surround you in life.
