My past relationships have been long (5 to 10 years) and ended amicably with us growing apart as our interests just simply developed along different paths.

I'm looking for: I don't really expect to meet a women with whom a "love relationship" will develop via the internet (not that I don't want to, but really know one never knows where one finds love... as someone said "you never see it coming but you always see it going away) but I am open for contact with an intelligent, aware, healthy, artistically inclined, open minded woman who has a good sense of humor and a nice laugh, is cute or beautiful, slender, 5’2” to 5’7” and shares many of my interests... not radically inclined religiously nor politically nor a heavy ‘man eating women’s libber’. Is this asking too much?
What is it I seek in women? – Friendship and mutual understanding, respect and communication, and how she would please me in looks and conversation? Probably by being herself and expressing herself in all ways … being comfortable, trusting and trustworthy... no “’ego’ game playing” for the purpose of “one-upmanship”, enjoying a joke and being able to not take life too seriously (as you can’t get out of it alive anyway).
