Don't show us photos of you and some other woman, we don't want to see your ex. It reminds us that there is / was another woman in your life. We're shallow creatures and truly believe that you have exclusively saved yourself for us. Oh, and another thing: dramatic self portraits in bathrooms. This by itself isn't necessarily disturbing. It is the toilet in the background that is a little off putting. I don't think women want to see toilets in the background when gazing adoringly for the first time at the new love in their life.

If you don't have a photo you have to make a convincing case. You should therefore be able to string more than 20 words together. Bear in mind that a woman has clicked on your profile in expectation of learning a bit about you without actually seeing you (an act of great courage).
