I'm a free bird! Retired from many many years of being a single foster mom for special-needs children... 24/7 labor of love. Eventually, as much as I loved my work, I decided to opt out of the rules/regulations, time scheduling, and tight parameters of that world. Do you wonder about this chair? One leg is no longer attatched to the hip normally, that's all. Auto accident. I get around with ease, (faster than a walking person!), I drive, I can stand on the other leg, I can do everything I need to do... it's simply no big deal. But I am sure that "Mr Active who wants to still climb mountains" will have no interest in me. Now if he would but think deeper.... how wonderful to have a smiling, caring woman waiting for him at the bottom of the mountain when he gets home! You've each done something you enjoyed that day... and you have someone special to share it with, in the re-telling. Great concept there, I do believe, ~smile~. Oh by the way, I do LOVE to drive, it's a passion of mine. I like settin' off for adventures.
I also like the peace and quiet of the home, sitting on the porch, watching nature. I am very much an ole' hippie... never really deserted the camp for society crapola. Much more peaceful here in this camp.

I'm looking for: Who are you?
Hopefully a man who:
is able to enjoy relaxing,
has lived a full life and not looking to "oh my gosh, finally do it all now",
still enjoys adventures too,
understands what it means to "commune with nature" ~smile~,
is not in 'need' of someone constantly by their side,
enjoys peace... quietness.... laughter... within and without,
won't tell me to put shoes on, lol,
and can appreciate life, not still searching for life. If there are new chapters in my life to be written that include a significant man, God knows that and will set it in motion! I'm listening.
