About me:

Hello there. Where to start. I'm 48 but look and feel younger. I have two grown children and three grandchildren. I live in Alaska in a remote location on an island on the Aluetian chain. I love it here.
I leave the island every three months and have plans to travel during my time off. I like to travel and have a list of places I would like to visit. I have a son in Colorado and a daughter in Georgia so I will visit them often of course. I enjoy camping, hiking, bowling, reading, movies and crafts. I am not a bar person and I am much better in small groups. I am, however, outgoing. I would say I am easy going and have a great sense of humor. I love cats and dogs. I have one of each in Colorado with my son. I think that getting to know someone as a friend is very important in a lasting relationship. Being upfront and truthful is a corner stone for any relationship.

I'm looking for:

I would like to meet someone with at least some of the same interests.I think it would be pretty boring to have ALL the SAME interests. Besides, I enjoy trying new things. I would like someone who would be willing and able to travel with me. Someone down to earth and comfortable with physical displays of affection. A good sense of humor. Someone ready to share and be open to finding love. I'm not sure at this point if marriage is part of that however I would like someone to be willing to committ to a relationship if it works for us.
