About me and who I'm looking for

About me:: I hate talking about myself, so this will be short and sweet. My friends say I'm a great guy to be around. I love to make people laugh, and I can laugh at myself. I'm loyal, honest, generous, loving and affectionate, open to new experiences and ideas. *

I'm looking for:: I am looking for a woman who doesn't like drama, not an alcoholic or drug user. Someone who speaks her mind, says what she wants and stands up for what she believes in. She should be attractive,(to me, at least) intelligent, between 38-55 years old and enjoy a lot of the things I do. That being said, I know the life of a military spouse isn't for everyone. The woman I'm looking for will have a sense of adventure, be affectionate, loyal, but independent, too. I'm not looking for a mom (for myself) or a maid, (I can clean, cook, do laundry, etc) but I AM looking for a long-term relationship with a partner. As corny as it might sound, I'm looking for "The One" that I'll spend the rest of my life with. Life can be so much better when shared with the right person, don't you think? I guess I should mention also that I'm really hoping to find someone that shares my love of being out in the bush...wilderness camping I suppose you'd call it. I'm planning to do a fair bit of photography while I'm "gone bush" as well. It's just something that I enjoyed doing in the past, but then, I was hunting. I've since given away all my firearms and plan on doing my hunting with a camera now. Soooo I guess my IDEAL match would enjoy strapping on a backpack and heading off into the wilderness hiking (portaging)
canoeing, fishing and taking some absolutely awesome photos while we're at it. *sigh* Am I hoping for too much?
