About me:

As everyone says this bit is hard! I am Welsh born and bred but living in England. I enjoy a good natter about most things and I think I have a good enough brain that works (on occasions)and responds to good conversations about many topics so who knows we may have a half way decent conversation! (Although my friends would question that last comment!)

Recent developments in my life have made me take a look at where I am and what I want from life. I don't have the answers and maybe never will but I am open to any suggestions, advice or just hearing other people's views. I work full time in a profession that is often criticised by the press so need a personal life where I can relax, be myself and enjoy the company of supportive friends and in the future hopefully a partner. I have been told I can be funny, serious, loud or quiet, generous, caring and a good friend to have, *blush*. Although my friends are dear to me I suppose like everyone on this site I am looking for that one "special " person who wants to be with me and accepts me for who I am, warts and all! So if on the off chance you would like a chat please feel free to start the conversation, I promise to reply and in return if I say "Hi" to you I'd rather you say "hi and thanks but no thanks" than putting me on ignore immediately like some people on sites like this. Someone who can take me as I am, who can see past the covers of this well read book, who can make me smile by doing nothing at all, who can sit and listen and understand but know exactly what to say. Is that asking for too much!!
