About me:

I'm a 26, f, who has just moved to the city in November. I'm originally from New Orleans, LA and have been travelling around the country working at different regional theatres as a costumer. I moved to Chicago in the hopes of becoming a costume designer, and so far, I've been successful. I landed my first job with a company here that has the prospect of becoming a full time thing (instead of free lancing like I usually do). I've also decided to co-found my own theatre company with a small group of friends.Theatre is my passion in life, and I can't wait until I can do it full time (which should be soon I have brown hair, brown eyes. I'm relatively short...5'2. I'm officially the shortest in all of my family. I have a BFA with an emphasis in costume design. Some of my likes are reading, theatre, movies, music, art, museums, sports (especially baseball...and while, i grew up in NOLA, I've been a cubs fan since I was 5). I love reading almost anything I can get my hands on. Right now, I'm reading "fast food nation" and "to kill a mockingbird (for like the 100th time), among the dozen of scripts that I read on a weekly basis. I'm educated, well spoken, and polite. I would like it known that I'm fiercely independent and don't like to be smothered. Attention is good, but to much is bad. I'm looking for someone who has similar interests as mine, as well as separate one. Some one to share time in, and who is interested in learning new things, whether that be something about art history to sign language. I would like someone who is goal oriented and responsible. But above all, I want someone who is respectful and honest.
