About me:: I'm a somewhat quiet to start with kind of guy but I like to think a good sense of humour kicks in when I get comfortable. Trying to do more outdoorsy stuff as I've been living in a city for too long before now. My dreadful sense of direction should make this endeavour entertaining. Easygoing, I love music and want to get to know the arts scene in Galway better - counters my geeky IT side! Work has me traveling quite a bit at the moment which has its pros and cons so hopefully you've an interest in travel as well. The plus side is that I considered myself quite well traveled with broad interests and I do enjoy good conversation
I'm looking for:: Anyone who can express thoughts without using sms speak? As I can be quiet I do like someone with a strong attitude or comfortable with quiet moments. I'm into most types of music, though you'll have to tolerate a love for electronica. Don't go to pubs much anymore but happy to hit the town as long as it doesn't mean some standing-room-only place. I do love my food so it would be great if you have culinary sense of adventure and don't mind my experiments in the kitchen. Off-beat topics of conversation would be great as well! Friends would say I have a good sense of humour once I'm comfortable in company. Oh yeah, even an email back saying 'Thanks but no thanks' is better than not getting a reply :)
