About me:

I'm the guy who tries to put the round peg in the square hole and has been known to use power tools to make it fit! I am not the typical male. Here’s a concept, I am actually a good man. I seem to have been blessed (or cursed, depending on who you ask) with that quality. I believe in chivalry but not to the point of which advantage is being taken of me. I think that people should treat each other as equals, and do things for the other because they want to, not because they’re looking for something in return.

Yes I am separated, not divorced. This is strictly due to working out some details before we file for divorce. Believe me, there is no chance reconciliation will happen. She is seeing someone else and does not live here. We are still trying to be civil though because of the kids.

As I already stated, I do have 3 kids (19yo w/learning disabilities, 9 and 3) and they kind of rule my life right now. It’s important to me to ensure that they are hurt as little as possible by everything that’s going on around them. The two oldest I have pretty much all the time and I have the youngest most weekends.

Well, if you’ve read this far, I guess I should explain my screen name. It has been kind of a nickname for many, many years. It first came about during my time in the military. I get bored easily, so I would do things just to get reactions (usually laughter) from people. One day, someone made the comment ‘He is one psycho dude’ and the name stuck. The spelling came from the band Suicidal Tendencies. I use this nickname for just about everything, addresses and such, but usually without a number attached to it.

I'm looking for:

I'm looking for someone to share my time on this big mudball, but I’m not necessarily looking for a girlfriend but I’m not looking for a one night stand either. I’m looking for someone who is independent, has their own life and source of income, can catch my attention intellectually and doesn't become a human leech but isn't afraid to show affection. Also, I want someone who can deal with me not being around from time to time. My job does involve some extensive travel (2 to 5 months) from time to time. Someone who likes me for me and doesn't see me as a ‘fixer-upper’. I'm quite fine with the way I am thank you, neuroses and all. One more thing, my kids have a mother, I’m not looking for another.
