About me and who I'm looking for

About me:

I travel extensively in my very large RV spending the winters (read 6 months) in the Southern U.S., I enjoy meeting new people, seeing new places, visiting historical and hysterical places of interest, I also enjoy bike riding, boating (have one) fishing, walking, reading, cards/boardgames, live theatre, hiking, playing pool, and many other activities...a lifestyle, though not for everyone, that offers adventure, excitement, exploration, fun, and more fun...

I am an accomplished Country and Western Dancer, which I do on my travels wherever the opportunity arises...something that keeps me fit and healthy. I am not a couch potato,....although sometimes sitting down in the sunshine with a good book can also be a pleasant pastime.

I am financially secure, and have a wicked sense of humour, which of course is the essence of having fun. I am looking for someone who thinks that this kind of lifestyle would be of interest...

During the summer months, (although not cast in stone) I would like to explore Canada from coast to coast depending on the opportunity, which I have just touched the tip of the iceberg...

I'm looking for:

I am retired...It would therefore be useful if you were also retired, about to be, or are able to be, if the right situation presents itself...if you are working for the next umpteen years, then it would not be worth your while to contact me.

I am financially secure...that means I am independently wealthy to the degree that I am able to enjoy my retirement without worrying about finances per se...It does not mean that it is an open invitation for anyone that is not able to support herself, and would be looking to me for her retirement package...however, when expenses are shared, then it becomes a lot more manageable, and affordable... I am an accomplished dancer...that means I do not go around the dance floor and then sit down for the rest of the night...LOL....I enjoy dancing whenever, and wherever I can find the opportunity in my travels...if you like to take lessons, and learn new moves, and improve your dancing ability then you are the one for me....it is a passion....something I do not want to give up for any reason, other than health.

I Travel....that is why I bought a very large RV...I want to see the North American Continent, preferrably spending the winters in the Southern U.S. and exploring Canada during the summer months....within reason, family obligations notwithstanding. I, like you, have spent my working life looking after family members (read children) now is the time for me to do and see the things that were not available then....I do not love my children any less, just adjust the time frame a little that is all.

Hopefully that will clarify a few things....so now you can contact me and we can see if there is a connection...looking forward to hearing from you...by the way....currently I am clean shaven....and plan on continuing to be so, however, if you really like beards, then I am certainly receptive to changing my mind....hence you have pictures of both...LOL
