I eat for energy and strength and I'm always aware of how my body is responding to the environment I'm in. I believe in honesty because that takes me into a relax state that by far defeat aging. I’m learning not to judge because judging hurts the human body, the hurt creates poisons that accelerate the aging process. I know that the food we eat can be as dangerous as the thoughts we have.
