About me:

Friends tell me I look younger than my years. I'm a confident feet on the ground guy with a youthful spirit and a good sense of humor. I've been accused of being serious at least 20% of the time. I enjoy life's challenges, traveling, sailing, romantic dinners and many other fun things. Since retiring recently, I get to spend more time doing the things I enjoy. On the top of my list are my two children and three grandchildren.

First Date: Meet at a restaurant close to you, hopefully one with good seafood, (your choice of fare) ambiance, a place where we both feel comfortable, a place where we could hear each other and get to know one another. Introductions by nature should be spontaneous and maybe even flirtatious if heartfelt. I believe if there is a spark we will know it before we leave. Fluorescent lights and loud music not permitted. I enjoy going out but must tell you. I also love staying at home with someone special, especially on a cold winter night with the fire going and a good bottle of wine. This should only follow a gourmet meal prepared by the two of us. Of course we laughed together while preparing it. Isn't that what we are supposed to do.
