About me:

I'm very independent, especially after being widowed several years ago. I'm also versatile - I owned horses for years so had to haul hay, build fences & clean stalls, but I can put on a nice dress and go out to dinner, shows or museums. I'm open to some new hobbies now. I am very analytical, frugal & often serious, but have a sense of humor and enjoy watching stand up comedians. I think learning and working toward something better should continue throughout our lives, but I am not highly materialistc or competetive. I have 2 kids who are pretty independent as well, so I have time to spend with a guy now. I am trying hard to eat healthier and get into better shape, as I have a few pounds to lose, but people say I'm attractive. I plan to move to Eugene later this summer.

I'm looking for:

I like clean-cut guys, with short hair, no piercings and no or minimal tattoos, but not conservative politically or socially. At our age, we have all done some things we are not proud of, but I prefer a man with no criminal record, and who is financially and emotionally stable. A guy who is handy with fixing cars and stuff around the house, but can clean up, socialize with various types of people and carry on an intelligent conversation. You should at least try to be healthy and in decent shape, but I have room for improvement in that area so can't expect perfection in someone else - we can work on it together. I don't expect that we will have all the same interests (i.e. I hate camping), but some common ones would be good.
