Five things that I find important and what I work at daily:
1. I take pride in my appearance and in the way I dress and live. But more important is being respectful and being honest with the one you’re in love with.
2. As a man I need to look at myself daily and take responsibility for my actions and see how I can change to maintain a healthy relationship with family and friends, and the one your in love with. Being in control with my emotions. Being a man is not being "Macho", but having the positive qualities of decisiveness, strength in ones convictions, confidence, self-reliance, high moral qualities, self discipline, honesty and integrity. I strive daily to find courage to be able to deal with life’s difficulties without backing away from my fears. 3. I feel leadership qualities are important. I have always been a leader in my job and if I see situations that need to be dealt with. I step forward and handle it the best way I can.
4.I like to try and make decisions by understanding the other person’s views and being flexible. But, never controlling.... No one should be above one another, never to walk in front of or behind, but side-by-side.
5. Romance is important. A woman needs to feel important, sexy and beautiful. Romance should begin the moment he wakes up and moment he goes to sleep.

I'm looking for a one man woman who has bubbly personality and talks alot. Has a positive attitude and outlook on life. Doesn't mind having doors open for them and loves to be treated with respect.
