just me - plain and simple

About me:: I am a career-driven, "game-face" woman who knows the difference between working hard and playing hard. I keep my life simple, like watching movies, spending time with my family and going out for drinks with friends occasionally. I have never been married, but have been in two serious (live-in) relationships. I like red wine and have been to a few tastings, I plan to learn how to be a professional taster...lol. I've lived in Grand Rapids for about 6 years now, but come from a very small town...and just want to find a way to connect and make some friends in the "big city"...that's what I used to call it anyway. I also like to travel - I've been to a lot of great places and plan to see more.
I'm looking for:: I am looking for someone who lives life one day at a time - keeps things simple. My ideal match would have a foundation of faith in God, but not too conservitive. Movies are my escape from reality so I definitely want someone who loves the theatre just as much as I do. I'd also like to find someone who likes traveling - whether it be a camping trip up north or a flight out west. My ideal match would be strong, confident and know what they want out of life. Baggage is not preferred, but that seems to be present in most people's lives these days.
