I'm a lively and outgoing young single guy in Zurich, been here just under a year due to work, and absolutely love the place... it's like London without all the crap bits taken away. I'm originally Northern (you will be pleased to know I don't sound like a coal miner) but have lived in Europe for most of my life, so speak some German (which is rusty, and needs serious improvement). I love to go out and have a good time in bars as much as I love vegetating at home watching movies and chilling out (hey i'm an only child, i've mastered the art of entertaining myself and I don't get bored easily), and have a bit of a wild side that I haven't quite managed to shake this side of 30 yet. I've got a cheeky, irreverant and slightly black/sarcastic sense of humour, which can be both a blessing and a curse. I'm honest and straight-talking (but not tactless) and I don't mess people around, lifes too short for that. I'm not saying I can't occasionally be a git, often unwittingly, but I do right 90% of the time. I'm not groomed to ridiculousness and i'm admittedly no Brad Pitt, but I do take care of my appearence, and appreciate the same from a partner. I'm not saying i don't love to slob out on the sofa in pants, but we all have to make a bit of an effort, right?

As far as interests go, I LOVE skiing (so anyone that skiis is a deifnite bonus for me), music, photography, reading, a bit of sightseeing, I cook (yes, you heard that right), hell I even love shopping. I'm still a bloke though, don't worry. ;)

There's much more to me than a few paragraphs can tell you but no-one likes reading essays, so i'll keep this as short and as sweet as possible. If you think we'd get along and want to get in touch, then drop me a mail.

I'm looking for:

I go for fiesty women who aren't afraid to speak their mind, a bit minxy and mischeivous, so definately no shrinking violents please. I don't mean loud and overbearing, just confident in themselves and their bodies. Feminine, but not afraid to let her hair down.

Intelligence, good conversation, as well as a similar sense of humour are definately a bonus... I don't care what education you have as long as we can click and enjoy each-others company. The type who is as happy staying in cuddled on the sofa as dancing in a club till late.

However I don't like writing lists like this... you shouldn't plan a partner, you just need to go with the flow and the chemistry, who knows you may fit few or none of the above but we may still get on like a house on fire, but it gives you some idea of my type!
