About me:: I'm a fun, over 50 lady looking for someone to spend time with. I'm a left-leaning, culture loving, recovering Catholic. My friends think I've got a good sense of humour. I'm very proud of my 26 year old daughter who is finishing her PhD in England. I spend at least a few hours every week at the gym, and try to keep myself in shape. I'm interested in doing pretty much anything, from good movies to concerts, although I'm open to trying pretty much any activity in the Baltimore/Washington area. I have recently joined the Unitarian Church, and consider myself spiritual, but not overtly religious. I spent a lot of time with my friends, and visit my daughter in Europe at least twice a year. I love travelling, and hope to find someone who shares that passion.
I'm looking for:: I'd like to meet a down to earth gentlemen, who likes to discuss politics and current affairs, but who is also open minded and tolerant. I'd like someone who is interested in going to the movies, the theatre, or art galleries, or even just someone who likes to go out for a nice dinner! I'd like to meet someone who wants a fun friendship, although I'm not against the possibility of romance, I just don't want to force anything too quickly. Other than that I'm open to meeting just about anybody, as long as they have a good sense of humour and a tolerant attitude towards life.
